"EVERYTHING" culminates nearly 20 years of deliberation, collaboration, and meditation, all in the interest of deconstructing human behavior for the purposes of goal achievement.

EVERYTHING debuts as a "prequel" and completes a "trilogy" MG never knew existed. Martin began writing The Habit Factor® shortly before 2005; it was published in 2010. Then, in 2015, The Pressure Paradox™ was published.

3 Circles of Behavior Echo-System

In this episode, MG explains that when it comes to the "3 Circles of Behavior Echo-System," our body is part of one's "environment".
 
This idea may seem like a mind-bender. Yet, according to this model, if something is not one's feelings or emotions (conduits), or, behaviors (middle concentric circle) or, thoughts (inner circle) then it must be the environment!
 
Our environment is BOTH our sensory inputs; the things that will influence how we think, feel and behave. And, it's our results – the things we create, our outputs!
 
If someone wakes up feeling "achy" that's an environmental stimulus affecting their feelings. Then, they say, "I don't feel so great!" And, they go walk downstairs (behavior changed).
 
It's their body that influenced their feelings, behaviors and what they were thinking/their stories.
 
STORY<->FEELINGS<->BEHAVIORS<->ENVIRONMENT.
Note: that feelings and emotions are conduits between the major, three concentric circles.
 
MG investigates and discusses a few other nuances and then reaffirms the importance of this new behavior model relative to pursuing one's goals and ideals!
