Thus, taking time now to press pause and identify the ideal outcome of your life has a similar benefit!

Older behavior models are complicated and represent human behavior linearly.
Human behavior vibrates. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors produce a “vibe.” These “vibes” influence how we behave.
There’s a reason people say things like, “I like the vibe here,” or “that resonated with me.”
Environments, thoughts, feeling, and behaviors influence each other.
